According to the SABOR Multiple Listing Service Reports, the San Antonio housing market saw quite a few decrease. From April 2022 to April 2023 the average price of a house took on a 4% increase, making the average cost of a home right around $372,810. The median prices saw a 1% decrease, to $320,000. There was a 13% decrease in Total Sales, with only 2,901 houses being sold. San Antonio ended the month of April with 4,120 (4% decrease) New Listings, 9,556 (106% increase) in Active Listings, and 2,953 (11% decrease) in Pending Sales. The price per sqft had a 2% decrease, so it sits at $179/sqft.


Residential rental prices also had no change, so the average price is $1,848.
