We are finally starting to see interest rates slowly creep down, so what does that mean for your local real estate market?

Well, December saw a 3% decrease year-over-year (YoY) in total number of sales, while the average home price remained unchanged at $373,797, indicating a steady pricing environment in the San Antonio area. 

According to the latest market report from SABOR, December witnessed a 20% increase in Days on Market (DOM), with properties taking an average of 73 days to sell. The months of inventory stood at 4.3, suggesting a balanced market that accommodates both buyers and sellers.
