The March Housing Trends Report released by the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) showed a 3% increase in total homes sold compared to March of 2023.

The average home price saw a 2% increase to $370,824, while the median price of $310,223 and the average residential rental price both remained unchanged.

Will Curtis, SABOR’s 2024 Chair of the Board stated in the press release, “The average number of days on the market increased by 7% to 79 days, suggesting a slightly longer selling period for properties, compared to March 2023. The months of inventory remained balanced at 4.4, providing a healthy market environment for buyers and sellers alike.”

Statewide we saw a decrease of 5.8% of total sales, while both average and median sales prices saw increases.
