Encino Park is a well-established neighborhood in the highly sought-after North Central San Antonio. Located near the intersection of Loop 1604 and US-281, Encino Park is in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, attractions, and more!

Encino Park offers many amenities for residents to enjoy, including a spacious community center, swimming pool, park with playground and tables, tennis courts, and basketball courts. The pool and park are private and only available to Encino Park residents. The Encino Park HOA also posts a monthly neighborhood newsletter to keep all residents updated on upcoming events and news.

Anything you could need is 10-20 minutes from Encino Park. Many restaurants are nearby, including Alamo Cafe, J-Prime Steakhouse, Big’z Burger Joint, and more. There are also many places to get groceries or shop, including multiple H-E-B and H-E-B plus! stores, Trader Joe’s, Costco, and The Rim. If you’re looking for fun family activities, Six Flags Fiesta Texas and Andretti Indoor Karting & Games San Antonio are 20 minutes away! You’ll love visiting McCallister Park, a 976-acre park with a 2.42-acre dog park, multiple trails, fitness stations, and more!

Many homes in Encino Park were built in the 1980s, with newer sections built through the 1990s and into the early 2000s. Homes in Encino Park are very affordable, considering the popularity of the area and the fantastic amenities offered.
