With record low mortgage rates coming in around 3%, military families should be excited to buy in San Antonio. The low mortgage rates are expected to stay put which will allow for sales to continue to soar. People are looking to buy in the suburbs as a result of the pandemic and wanting more space and backyards as they continue to work from home. This along with high real estate prices is causing many to make the switch from Austin to San Antonio which will generally mean that there will be a greater need for more new home construction in San Antonio as the population continues to grow.
