Monica Ramirez-Escamilla was raised in the Rio Grande Valley and after high school, moved to San Antonio in order to attend St. Mary’s University. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English Communication Arts. In 2003, she began a career in education and eventually earned a Master’s in Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio. As an educator, Monica has a passion for helping others which made real estate an easy decision.
Monica has been married to her husband Jose for over 13 years. After living in Dallas for several years, they returned to San Antonio in 2018. They have two daughters, Isabella and Eliza, as well as their rescue dog Bailey. Monica spends her time volunteering with her daughters’ school and CYO programs. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling.
